Stuart Wilson - Managing DirectorStuart has over twenty five years of experience in managing a wide variety of projects and programmes. These have included major IT projects, business and organisational change projects and construction projects.
He has provided consultancy support to a number of projects within the UK, Europe and west Africa. Stuart has worked with staff at all levels in the public and private sectors, including ministers and senior executives, to help them to develop their project management skills and has designed and delivered many training programmes for UK and overseas delegates. He blends the theoretical elements of project and change management with his practical experience. |
Ian Santry - Director of ProjectsIan is an experienced project professional who has worked on a wide range of UK public sector IT-enabled business change projects.
He is a regular contributor to the UK Government's Infrastructure and Projects Authority best practice guidance and is Chief Examiner for the APMG Programme and Project Sponsorship qualification. Ian is a regular speaker at project and programme management conferences. Ian has designed and delivered project and programme management training events for the public and private sectors in the UK, eastern Europe and southern Africa. |
